Business Description: Executive Leadership
Tim Terrentine completed his Master of Arts in Communication from Western Michigan University in 2006. He also received an Executive Coaching Certification from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH, in 2017.
Timothy Terrentine has a solid history of innovation and success in translating business needs into technical solutions, implementing strategies, leading analysis and interpretation, and streamlining business operations to improve efficiency, eliminate issues, and add value. He has invited as a speaker at TEDx Kalamazoo in 2016 and Catalyst University from 2011 to 2017.
Timothy Terrentine corresponds with senior management and engages with organizational stakeholders to understand business needs and build strategies to enhance team and business performance. In addition, he has expertise in overseeing projects from start to end designing strategic business plans and control structures and ensuring successful completion within time and budget.
Tim Terrentine has also trained staff within the office to assist in standard processes and project planning to drive system improvements. In addition, he initiated change management initiatives to enable the business to achieve higher performance and exceptional results.
